"Good prices, but the deals can be iffy"
I tried Joe's Pet Meds because I saw a discount code and, my snap judgment was that it was worth a shot since the price beat what my vet was charging. That part worked out fine, and I did end up saving some money.
The promo codes are a little hit or miss, though. Sometimes they apply with no problem, and other times they just don’t work without really explaining why. It’s okay overall, just not something I’d call amazing

"Helped some, but not all the way"
For my dog’s itching, these meds did help a little, but not as much as I was hoping. Longer than expected it took to see much change, and the itching didn’t totally clear up. Still, it was better than nothing.

I ordered flea meds from Joe's Pet Meds because my vet’s price was more than I wanted to deal with. I was already feeling mentally drained, so finding a cheaper option was a relief. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but everything arrived fine and I did save some money. I’d use them again for the value, just probably not if I needed something in a hurry

I just got it today, so it’s fresh on my mind, but the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. Nice surprise

The return process took a little longer than I expected, so I did have to be patient. But the refund was handled properly and showed up in the end. Overall, I felt relieved once it was all sorted

"Pretty smooth ordering from overseas"
I ordered from overseas and wasn’t totally sure how it would all go, but it ended up being fine. The tracking took a few days to show anything, but after that it moved along quickly and the package actually got here earlier than I thought. Everything was packed well, and there wasn’t any weird issue with customs or anything like that. Prices seemed fair too. I’d use joespetmeds.com again for my dog’s meds.

"Box came little banged up"
The meds were fine, but package showed up crushed on one side. Not a huge deal, just would’ve been better if box was in better shape.

"Charged more than what I agreed to"
I placed my order and the total shown at checkout was one amount, but my card ended up being charged more. I reached out to support and they took forever to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. i feel stupid for trusting them and not screenshotting every step of the order.

I was a little unsure about ordering at first, because you never really know with some sites. But to be fair, my order showed up as expected and the tracking was clear enough the whole way. Prices were reasonable too, which was nice. Overall, joespetmeds seems trustworthy, and I’d probably use them again.

It was alright, but I expected better. They made it sound like certain things would be taken care of, and then that just didn’t really happen. Nothing was a total disaster, but it’s frustrating when you’re told one thing and end up getting something else.

I had a hard time getting clear answers from them. The replies I got were vague and didn’t really address what I was asking. Not saying it’s a scam, but the communication could definitely be a lot better

"Stock can be hit or miss!!!"
I was able to grab some of the meds I needed, which was great!!! But a few other things I came in for were out of stock again!!! Kind of frustrating, but at least I didn’t leave totally empty-handed!!!

"Didn’t feel confident using it"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging looked different from what I’m used to and it made me question whether the meds were legit. I wasn’t comfortable giving it to my dog without a clearer answer. I reached out to customer service, but it felt like I just got stuck in a support loop with vague replies and no real clarification. Maybe the product was okay, but the whole experience left me uneasy

I ordered my dog's meds and, to be fair, the package did arrive when they said it would. Tracking worked fine and the delivery itself was no hassle. That said, the overall experience left me feeling a little misled because I expected the process or pricing to be more straightforward based on how it was presented. It worked out in the end, but I’m not sure I’d call it a totally smooth experience.

I sent over my vet’s info and they took care of the prescription quickly. I was expecting it to be a headache, like waiting forever, having to call the vet myself, resending paperwork, dealing with emails back and forth, that kind of thing, but none of that happened. Once it was approved, the order shipped out without any hassle. I was a little nervous at first, but it went really smoothly.

I’m usually a little skeptical when sites use a bunch of polished “your order is our priority” type language, but this was just simple and clear. It showed up when it said it would, no hassle, and I’d use them again

"Auto-ship left me annoyed"
I ordered flea meds and somehow got signed up for auto-ship, which I really don’t remember choosing. Maybe I missed something, but it just didn’t feel very clear at the time. Then another charge came through before I’d even gotten through the first order, and it just rubbed me the wrong way.
Customer service did end up canceling it, but it took a couple emails and I still had to cover return shipping, which was frustrating. The prices seem fine, but the whole subscription situation left me with a bad feeling about ordering again
